This Privacy Policy explains how AdVanta ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use the website and app at adverts.life (the "Service"). It describes what the Service actually does today. We do not sell your personal data.

AdVanta is an AI ad-creation service operated at adverts.life. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

We collect only what is needed to run your account, generate your ads, take payment and protect the Service from abuse. Details are in the next sections.

Your email address, password (or Google sign-in), and anything you type, paste or upload into the generators and Video Studio.

• Email address and a unique user ID.
• Password — stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text.
• If you use Google sign-in: your name, email and profile picture as shared by Google.
• Account status: credits, free videos used, Premium status and admin role (if any).

Product links, product descriptions, chosen platform, tone, style, format, resolution, actor settings and similar options. When you paste a link, our server opens that public web page to read its title, images and features.

Product images and music/audio files you upload, or music links you paste. Images may be sent to the video model to guide generation. Music is mixed into the video in your own browser.

Your prompts and inputs, and the results: ad copy, hooks, scripts, scene breakdowns, captions, saved ads, saved actor identities, video projects and rendered videos. We also log each AI request (provider, model, token counts, estimated cost, time) linked to your user ID to control costs and enforce limits.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe's secure form and never reach our servers. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, transaction/price identifiers, payment status and whether Premium is active.

Like any website, our hosting servers receive standard request data (browser type, operating system, pages requested, time) and may keep it in short-lived server logs for security and error diagnosis. We do not use crash-reporting or analytics SDKs.

To prevent abuse (for example, one person creating many free accounts or scripting the free generators), we combine your IP address and browser user-agent and store only a salted one-way hash of them with a timestamp. We cannot turn this hash back into your IP address.

We use only strictly necessary browser storage: your sign-in session and a few local flags (for example, whether you used a free trial). Stripe's checkout sets its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may produce aggregate, non-identifying traffic counts.

We do not use advertising networks, advertising identifiers, retargeting pixels or marketing trackers, and we do not send marketing emails.

We share data only with the service providers below, only as needed to run the Service, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosting, authentication, database and file storage for your account, ads and videos.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and network delivery.
• Google — optional Google sign-in; Google Fonts (your browser loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address).
• Stripe — payments.
• AI providers listed in the next section.

To generate content we send your prompts, product details and (for video) uploaded images to: Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT) for text, and the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes requests to Google AI models, for video and some generation tasks. These providers process the data to return results. We do not send your email or password to AI providers.

Stripe processes payments as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Stripe may act as merchant of record and handle sales tax. Premium is a one-time $69 payment, and all sales are final (see our Refund Policy).

None. The Service creates ads for you but does not show you ads or share your data with ad networks.

• All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords are hashed and checked against known leaked-password lists.
• Database row-level security means you can only access your own data; admin access is restricted.
• API keys and payment secrets are kept on the server, never in the app.
• Private video links expire after 15 minutes.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

• Account, ads, actors, projects and videos: until you delete them or your account.
• AI usage logs: while your account exists; deleted with your account.
• Abuse-prevention hashes: up to 30 days.
• Server logs at our hosting providers: typically a few days to weeks.
• Payment records: kept by Stripe as required by tax and financial law (typically up to 10 years).
• Backups may hold deleted data for a short period before being overwritten.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your sign-in, profile, saved ads, actors, projects, rendered videos, usage logs and roles, and signs you out. You can also email canvicrecords@gmail.com.

You can delete individual ads, videos and actors at any time from your History, Library and Studio. To request deletion of anything else, email canvicrecords@gmail.com.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have the rights below. Email canvicrecords@gmail.com to use them; we reply within one month.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.

You can delete your account yourself or ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law.

You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain cases.

You can ask for your data in a common, machine-readable format.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, such as abuse prevention.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

You can complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to fix the issue first.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The Service is a business tool and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email canvicrecords@gmail.com and we will delete it.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service, and 18 to make a purchase.

Content you upload or create is private to your account. We do not publish it. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Content is created automatically by AI and may contain errors, inaccurate claims or unexpected results. Review everything before publishing. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, original or legally compliant.

Do not upload images, music, logos, trademarks or voices you do not have permission to use. To report content that infringes your rights, email canvicrecords@gmail.com with the details. See our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for making sure ads you publish follow advertising laws and the rules of the platforms you publish on (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google and others).

We will update this page when our practices change and change the "Last updated" date. For significant changes we will notify signed-in users.
