Terms of Service

By using adverts.life you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 to use the Service and 18 to buy Premium.

Keep your login secure. One free account per person or network; creating extra accounts to get more free usage is not allowed and may be blocked.

Premium is a one-time $69 payment processed by Stripe. All sales are final — see the Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading you confirm you own it or have permission to use it — including images, videos, music, logos, trademarks, product photos and voice recordings — and you let us process it only to provide the Service.

You may use ads you generate commercially. AI output may contain errors or resemble existing material; you are responsible for reviewing it and making sure it complies with laws and platform ad rules before publishing.

• Infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual or harmful ads.
• Impersonating real people without consent.
• Abusing, scraping or overloading the Service.

If content on the Service infringes your rights, email canvicrecords@gmail.com with your contact details, the work, and where the infringing content is. We will review and remove it where appropriate.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results of ads you publish. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
